A month ago, the Würzburg police were at the door of Osaivbie Ekogiawe. The Bavarian authorities wanted to deport the 20-year-old, whom everyone calls Kelvin. His case made national headlines, not least because SV Heidingsfeld, Kelvin’s soccer club, had campaigned for his teammate. Now the Administrative Court (VGH) in Munich has to review the Würzburg verdict.
