An 18-year-old woman died on Saturday night during the Rebellion music festival in Haaren (North Brabant). She fell ill at the festival site around 8pm.
The woman was revived by the medical team and other emergency services, but died at the scene.
According to Brabant broadcasting including a trauma helicopter and an ambulance were called. It is not known what caused the woman’s death. The police will conduct an investigation.
The hardstyle festival was held on a site on the Kreitweg in Haaren not far from the N65.
