Ahead of the Qatar Football World Cup, the house received a fresh coat of paint under the guidance of the Portugal Fan Club. Rinku’s house on Perumpatti soil in Erumeli settlement Kanakapalam Srinipuram is painted in the color of the Portuguese flag . The house was freshly painted on the first birthday of Rinku’s only daughter, Arha, under the auspices of Kanakapalam Portugal Club. Portuguese idol Cristiano Ronaldo’s number seven, as well as Portugal’s national emblem, are painted on the wall of the house. Anujan Abhijith, a diehard Ronaldo fan, was the first to say that the house could be painted in the color of the Portuguese national flag. When Rinku, his wife Anjali and his mother Rosamma stayed with Abhijit, their friends also joined them. Rinku is an auto rickshaw worker. The painting was completed in three days.
