Kozhikode | Thiruvananthapuram MP Shashi Tharoor who contested the post of Congress Speaker was hinted by the party as an undeclared ban. The latest was when the Youth Congress withdrew from organizing a seminar in Kozhikode that Shashi Tharoor was attending. The seminar covered the Sangh Parivar and the challenges of secularism.
A pro-congress cultural organization has taken over the management of the seminar. Senior management are able to hold a program with Tharoor attending. Tharoor was also not included in the list of best activists for the second phase of the Gujarat assembly elections.
