Kuwait City: winter camps begin. Camps will be allowed until March next year. Officials have informed that preparations for this have been completed. There are strict terms and conditions for obtaining a license. Camps are permitted at 34 sites in Jahra and Ahmadi governorates. The authorities have clarified that the person applying for a license must be 21 years old. The fee is 50 dinars. Officials have advised that no more than one license will be issued to one person.
