Jetblue: Single-aisle flights to Paris from New York and Boston

JetBlue has announced its flights to Paris this coming summer from New York and Boston, in a single-aisle aircraft with the Airbus A321LR. Paris will be the airline’s second transatlantic destination, following London which opened in August 2021.

JetBlue will add service to Paris with a new style of low fares. “JetBlue offers something completely unique to what you get from the big global airlines on these routes, where a single high-fare joint venture operates nearly three-quarters of the flights,” said Robin Hayes, chief executive officer of JetBlue.

And I add that “the response to our service for London is proof that combining great service with low fares works. We look forward to bringing our reinvented core and mint offerings to the most visited city in continental Europe.”

JetBlue plans to launch nonstop service between JFK International Airport and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) in summer 2023, and will later add nonstop service between Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Paris-CDG. The seats will go on sale in the coming months.

Paris is the largest European destination that Jetblue does not currently serve from its two major cities in the northeastern United States. JetBlue plans to offer more flights to Paris from both cities as demand continues to grow.
