The nominees for the 65th Grammy Awards were announced on Tuesday. Among those reading the nominations was one of last year’s big winners, Olivia Rodrigo (19).

This year there are several big names fighting in the same category. Beyoncé has the most – with a total of nine nominations for the album “Renaissance”.

Among the nominees are Morten Lindberg of Skien, sound engineer and music producer.
It is not yet an unknown name to those who follow the awards ceremony closely. In 2020 Lindberg won his first Grammy after being nominated a total of 28 times.
In 2023 he was nominated for three awards in two categories, including for «best immersive audio album», for his album work «Picturing the Invisible: Focus 1» and «Tuvayhun — Beatitudes for a Wounded World».
The latter album also earned him a nomination in the category “best engineered classical album” where conductor Anita Brevik, the women’s choir of Nidaros Cathedral and the Trondheim soloists take part.
Good evening Norway has been trying to get a comment from Lindberg, so far without success.
Swedish ABBA return is praised by The Recording Academy with a total of four nominations. Norwegian news Lizzo he is also nominated in the biggest categories.
Winners will be announced on February 5 in Los Angeles.
