INCIDENCES
The magic of football is to challenge the seemingly impossible. It is obvious that the strength of a team is magic, and only magic turns successes into reality. And the reality will be present today on this Sunday morning, with the exchange of the three digits that take place this morning at the Campo Comunale Son Fuster, in the match that the CD is about to play. San Francisco B and UD. Ibiza., event corresponding to the twelfth day of the national youth league championship. Good crowds, pitch in good condition, climate with an autumn flavor, even if the winter season is gradually appearing on the horizon. The party will be directed by collegiate Mr. Jordi Verdera Escandell.
PRE-MATCH ANALYSIS
The CD. SAN FRANCISCO B, It comes from drawing his game with the CD. Andratx, a result that qualifies him on the eleventh step of the general classification. On this day Amedeo Spadaro’s team receives the Pitiuso team of UD Ibiza A, a rival who occupies a rising position in the qualifying standings and with only two points of difference. It is the case that the CD does. San Francisco B, if he wins, would mathematically surpass him. A priori we see a match with very balanced forces, with a very similar structural design on the pitch, perhaps it is in the strategies of both teams, which tilt the result for or against, in this match that is about to start in a few minutes.
The UD IBIZA A, He went to Palma with the illusion and hope of obtaining a positive result in the Municipal de Son Fuster. On the final day they beat Penya Arrabal in an even and alternatives match on the board. Manuel Alejandro Tarrazo’s team must use his best virtuosity and wisdom to defeat Palma’s team. It is obvious that all the players of the Ibizan team have to help each other so that in difficult moments they bring help to their team. We will wait for the episodes of this match, to have and know at the end of the ninety minutes of play the solution to the enigma of the final result.
HERE’S HOW BOTH TEAMS ARE RANKED BEFORE PLAYING THIS MATCH
10th Place …………….. UD. IBIZA A. ……………….……. 16 points
11th classified …………….. CD. SAN FRANCISCO B …….. 14 points
To fast forward the CD. San Francisco B to the Ibiza team, needs the win in this match. You don’t need any more results.
MATCH REPORT: CD. SAN FRANCISCO B – UD. IBIZA A., – National Youth League
First part
The referee blesses the start of the game and it’s UD. Ibiza who moves the ball first. Marc Hidalgo fired a very good direct shot from the far center of the area, but the attentive goalkeeper Iker Carretero stopped without problems. In the 4th minute, Alberto Jimenez shot on purpose, but the ball was cleared from the backline. Already stepping on the 6th minute Lluc Jhardi shoots very well direct, and with his fingertips Pau Gelabert sends the ball for a corner kick, which is executed without consequences.
The two teams went out to play the match with maximum intensity, and this translates into the attackers visiting both rivals’ goals. It is obvious that the rhythm of the match will have to be broken at any moment.
The match continued on its way and in the 12th minute the referee punished the Palma team with a free kick. Responsibility for the execution was taken by Luken Kesner, but he sent the ball over the long post of the Mallorcan goalkeeper.
Amedeo Spadaro’s team led the offensive game from the start of the match, but failed to break the wall formed by Manuel Alejandro Tarrazo’s team. The CD. San Francisco B has to play with the mindset that “When it seems like nothing is certain, the mind must reflect that anything is possible.” In the 21st minute Marc Hidalgo slips between the central defenders, and reaches the Ibizan goal having one-on-one with his goalkeeper, but does not know how to define and the goalkeeper Iker Carretero clears the ball with his foot, and then the defense sends him in the center of the field. It was a play in which the Palma team was able to alter the score in their favor.
STRANGE DECISION. Coach Manuel Alejando Tarrazo must have seen something he didn’t like or didn’t like about his team and with a strong hand, he made two consecutive substitutions in the 31st minute. Marcos Amengual and Paolo Alberto Pugliese left the pitch, letting in Nicolás Arredondo and Iván Loscos. The truth is that this decision made by the coach of the Pitiuso team amazed all of us who were at the Municipal de Son Fuster
The match has not been completely controlled by either team, and above all that the Franciscan team is abusing long balls, and this has favored almost every time, either the Pitiusa defense, or in his last case the goalkeeper Iker Carretero . Already in the 37th minute, Marc Hidalgo crossed very well near the maximum free-kick, and Albert Adrover’s subsequent header went over the crossbar of the Ibizan team’s goal.
Little by little and gradually we are approaching the end of the first act of the match, where we missed scoring chances, which were not equalized anywhere.
SUMMARY OF THE FIRST PART
Throughout the first part I carried all the weight of the offensive game on the CD. San Francisco B, but with sporadic scoring chances. Too much was played on long balls, arriving without a right destination and always favoring the away team. The UD. Ibiza maintained their involuntary and very disciplined defensive defense, and this earned them the rest with the same result that started the match. After extra minutes have been played, the referee sends the players to their respective lobbies for the regulation break.
Second part
The second half starts with no changes in either team. The start of this second period is frenetic, and with two goals in three minutes. One for each team, which gave emotion to an uncertain result at the end of the game.
OBJECTIVE ! Min. 46 Great action by Miquel Gelabert, who after dribbling past two defenders, from the same goal line, hits the ball, and Valentín Giaquinto is smarter than the defenders, puts his foot in the middle of a cloud of legs and shoots the ball into the back of the tights by Iker Carretero, raising the 1-0 on the board of the Municipal de Son Fuster.
It is obvious that now the whole UD. Ibiza must get up from this hard ballast it has suffered with the rival destination, and reflect as the sun does when it rises every day, but without remembering the night spent. You have to forget this goal and the Ibiza team has to go and find the balance of the score.
And we claim that he succeeded, because it took only three minutes to the delight of the Palma team, as in the next match the Ibizans drew, and again both teams were involved in the match, so that in any mistake could achieve victory.
OBJECTIVE ! Min.49 Andrés Palacios sent the ball to the back of the net with a confusing and very contested move from the area, but the question remains whether the ball went all the way in or not. The result is that the 1-1 on the scoreboard, and the Ibiza team’s goal is considered good.
Son Fuster’s team now has to keep trying to find the wound that could cause more damage to the opponent, without remembering the ballast that meant the equalizer, which already lights up the scoreboard.
When the clock struck 52′, Juliá Aguilar made a difficult and perfect dribble, saw Luken Kerner arrive unmarked, gave him the ball, shot low, calling in Pau Gelabert from the ground, who saved it safely . Already in the 57th minute, Toni Riera takes a corner, and does it so close as to send the ball into the net, but from outside. In the 65th minute Luken Kesner shoots from 25 meters, but the leather is lost to the left of the metal of Palma’s team.
THE GOLDEN MORNING GAME. Min.71 Luken Kesner has control of the ball between his feet, he goes forward and from outside the area he sends a land-to-air missile to the left corner of the Palma goalkeeper, but he gets a reply from Pau Gelabert, who flies like a bird from the center of the goal , puts his hand in the same square, and with his fingertips sends the ball for a corner kick. The show deserved applause, both for the good play and for the spectacular intervention.
The party takes the final stretch. In the 77th minute Toni Riera takes a corner, and after jumping and with both punches Pau Gelabert clears the ball, closing the action with a clearance towards the center of Palma’s defence.
You can’t cross the sea, just looking at the water, or win a game with a harmful tactic. It is indisputable that imprudence and bad strategy usually always precede a great calamity, and that is what the CD should avoid. San Francisco B in the last dying minutes.and for this he must continue to play with coherence and cohesion.
CD PLAYER INJURY. SAN FRANCISCO b..- In the 79th minute, Lluc Jhardi was injured by muscle problems, nothing serious, but he can’t continue the game and has to be replaced by Gabriel Vidal.
… And we arrive at the end of this game, with a draw at one o’clock which reflects the score, and which rewards each team with a point.
GAME SUMMARY
Balanced game, with a cd. San Francisco much more offensive than Pitiuso, but with a UD… Ibiza, spectacular and exceptional in the defensive department
NEXT MATCH FOR BOTH TEAMS NEXT DAY
Once the chapter is closed on this day by both contenders, it’s time to start planning next week’s exhaustive and meticulous work where the CD is. San Francisco travels to the Magalluf Sports Center, to face Platges de Calviá, as the UD. Ibiza will play away from home again, this time at the Municipal de Sa Plana against CD. Andratx. Two very interesting games and that we will have all the incidents that occur in them once finished.
