Yesterday, the Red Sea International Film Festival in Saudi Arabia revealed the films that will be screened within the “Global Choices” program, which includes a selection of the best films screened by international film festivals, and won the admiration of the public, as well as to the films selected by the festival team.

And according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) yesterday, the films will be presented during the activities of the second session of the festival, which will be held in Jeddah from December 1st to 10th.

Red Sea International Film Festival International Program Director Clem Aftab confirmed that the selection of an outstanding package of Best International Films to be screened in the second edition of the festival will enhance the film scene and highlight the impact of Filmmakers from African and Asian nationalities in their own countries, and also in Europe and North America, and supports new talent, enhances the recognition of world cinema.

The director of the Arab Program and Classical Films of the festival, Antoine Khalifa, said that Arab filmmakers will present a distinct group of films Original Stories that have achieved great success in film festivals and forums around the world.

The “International Choices” program includes 19 of the best selected international films, including the film “Auntie And “Weekend in Gaza”, the documentary “Peace” and the film “Alam”. “Godard – Only the Cinema”, “Saint -Omer”, “Dunia and the Princess of Aleppo” and “Under the Tree”. And the film “The Blue of the Kaftan” and “Ashkal” and the science fiction “Gravity” and “The Boy’s Sleep”. And “Al -Ma’ish”, “Rhythm”, “Al-Irtiqaa”, “Falcon Lake”, “The Son” and “Gold Plumbing”. And finally the documentary “The Similar”.
