Confirmed the new problem in a Item on Microsoft’s page, according to the article “Some games and apps may perform or stutter slower than expected in Windows 11, version 22H2”. What would happen is that affected games and applications inadvertently enable GPU performance debug features, which are not intended for consumer use.

The company has set up a security lock that prevents the affected devices from upgrading to Windows 11 version 22H2, and Microsoft’s recommendation is that if you have already upgraded Windows 11 to version 22H2 and are experiencing this issue, there is a chance to fix it update your games to the latest version available.

To top it off, Microsoft has indicated that they are working on a resolution and will provide an update in a future release, and are also not recommending the update until the issue is resolved.
