The first snow of the season fell today in Pamporovo according to information from the local mountain rescue service. The accumulated snow cover is about 5 cm.
In the afternoon the light snow continues. Minus 3 degrees is the minimum temperature measured this morning in the resort, and during the day the thermometers mark 1 degree.
There are no snow-covered roads in the Smolyan region, light snow fell on the higher parts, but did not remain on the road surface, the Regional Road Administration points out. It rains in the lower parts of the district.
