The New York Knicks took advantage of the reception of the Pistons to announce the arrival of Ronnie Fieg in their roster. The founder of the Kith brand becomes the first creative director in the history of the franchise.
A Queens native and lifelong fan of the franchise, Ronnie Fieg is further solidifying his (already close) relationship with the Knicks. The famous designer of the Kith brand had already collaborated on numerous occasions with the New York team in the past. It is also the trademark of him who designed the last two City Edition jerseys of the franchise. To make things right, James Dolan’s team waited for “Kith Night” to announce the signing of Fieg. The players wore the new shirt and the brand also announced the release of a new collection, available from this Saturday.

Also from Fieg we are very happy with this new level reached with his team of hearts. The designer explained his decision through a press release.
“The opportunity arose after designing the City Edition uniforms and the growing relationship between me and their marketing team. I think they saw the passion I have for the team and wanted to evolve what we were doing with Kith into something bigger. Long conversations about what the Knicks mean to the league and the world helped shape the opportunity to do very special things. »
If the position of creative director is not new in the NBA (Lakers, Cavs but also others), New York offers a reinforcement of weight with Ronnie Fieg. Given the kid’s track record, we think the Knicks are in good hands. In every sense of the word.
“I feel a lot of people love the team and it will be my responsibility that everyone loves the brand the same way I do. »
As the Knicks beat the Pistons, the franchise went from strength to strength with the arrival of Ronnie Fieg as creative director. More and more style from New York, let’s hope the wins follow the hype.
