Jakarta –
Minister of the Interior (Minister of the Interior) Tito Karnavian inaugurated two members of its expert staff to become the interim governors of two new provinces in Papua. Tito then explained the reasons why the two people became interim governors.
The two experienced staff of the Interior Minister are the experienced staff of the Interior Minister for Government Affairs Apolo Safanpo as interim governor of South Papua and the experienced staff of the Interior Minister for Public Appliances and Services Ribka Haluk as interim governor of Central Papua.
“The law states that middle-to-senior officials must be civil servants, which means first-echelon structural. Not even functional. Like Pak Apollo, his position is functional, so he was attracted to meet the requirements as a first-rate senior official. high-level structural grade. The minister’s expert staff is first-grade structural. So it was accomplished with a presidential decree, “Tito explained to the Interior Ministry’s office, Central Jakarta, on Friday (11/11 / 2022).
Tito said both had already been appointed as experienced staff to meet the requirements of echelon one. Furthermore, both were chosen as being indigenous to Papua.
“Secondly, I think for those concerned we want native Papuans, Papuan children, candidates for Papuan leaders to join the ranks of the first echelon of government, including the central government,” Tito said.
“So, to be honest, roughly how’s that“He continued.
