At the same time, the post office raised some prices within this service as early as October, when it charged for the SIPO service, which is done via direct debit and the payment document is sent by email. At that time, he introduced a 5 CZK fee for this electronic message. Until then, the post office collected the SIPO fee via cashless direct debit only if the customer wanted to send a paper payment receipt by post. This service will now also increase in price from 15 to 18 CZK.

The post office also raised prices in November. The price of the ordinary economic and priority writing has increased by CZK 2. Since November, the prices of the corporate writing have been higher by 1 CZK, excluding VAT, in the economic and priority mode. Postal orders and cash on delivery orders have since become more expensive across the board from CZK 5.

After a month of the post office allowing registered users to send a package to Balíkovna for 10 CZK, this service has also become more expensive. But only for unregistered. Now they pay CZK 75 for delivery to another branch in Balíkovna (with CZK 94 mark). It is still valid for registered users for whom they can send packages 65 CZK.

With this, Balíkovna’s service for unregistered people almost lost the advantage gained after competitor Zásilkovna raised the prices of its services.
