Exclusive translation: British police arrested a protester after throwing eggs at King Charles and the Queen on a tour of York.
According to the British Daily Mail, four officers arrested the protester who shouted: “This country was built on the blood of slaves.”
Meanwhile, the crowd has gathered to see members of the royal family shouting “God save the king” and “Shame on you.”
The footage showed the eggs flying in front of King Charles and breaking to the ground beside him as he was greeted by the leaders of the city.
The king looked around briefly to see the eggs on the ground, but showed no reaction.
