He stressed that the center of Sofia is the soul and heart of the city. Responsibility for repairing the yellow paving stones in Sofia lies with the municipality and the contractor, who should organize and coordinate the repair, stressed the regional minister. Regarding the construction of the new children’s hospital in Gorna Banya, Shishkov explained that the place is very good, with very good soil.
