To prepare a delicious and healthy breakfast, you only need to get up 10-15 minutes earlier than usual. It’s not a big sacrifice when your well-being is at stake weight, metabolism and mood.
Experts talked about the main rules which are quite simple to follow.
Eat within 30 minutes of waking up
After 6-8 hours of sleep, you wake up very hungry, the body gives a signal: I need food. And even if you don’t really feel like cooking something, at least try drinking a glass of warm water and eating a hard-boiled egg.
m The fact is that if you don’t eat in the morning, then your metabolism slows down dramatically. Therefore, during the day, food will be absorbed more slowly, but fat will accumulate much more actively, explains Dr. Matt Tanneberg.
Don’t forget a glass of water
Ideally, you should drink a glass of warm water immediately after waking up and then proceed to breakfast. If you can’t overwhelm such volume at once, drink as much as you can.
