The semi-detached houses in Kottingbrunn, in the Vienna commuter belt, will be ready to be occupied at the end of November for € 549,000 each. However, they are not sold yet. There are people interested, but they don’t have the money, says broker Roswitha Adler of MB Immobilien. A young couple came for two visions. But the bank didn’t give them a loan, they stayed with their parents.
