Changes for drivers in 2023: MOT, license change and insurance
If the net list price is a maximum of 65,000 euros, the state subsidy is reduced to just 3,000 euros, previously it was 5,000 euros. The manufacturer contributes around 1500 euros. There is also a national limit. The financing for electric cars is 2.1 billion euros. Once the money has run out, there is no more government funding. Then it continues into 2024.
Changes for motorists in 2023: Type class classification affects insurance
