There is a Krav Maga School AG at the Marienschule in Offenbach. Under the direction of Mark (Smartfighting Rhein Main), students are trained in effective self-defense. As a special component of the training, Hannes Marb was invited by “Coach your Company”. The certified anti-aggression and coldness trainer (trained at the German Institute for Conflict Education) focused on body language and posture. Many conflicts can be avoided with a conscious appearance. After a full 2 hours, the girls were thrilled with the options for a preventative look. Team leaders Mark and Hannes were also very pleased with how the participants’ self-reflection was able to achieve changes in behavior and attitude in the context of conflict avoidance in such a short time.
