Former head of the BNPB Lieutenant Gen. TNI (retired) Ganip Warsito officially become a painting PDIP. Ganip explained that the reason for joining PDIP was because he wanted to continue his struggle as TNI for the good of the nation and the state.
“First, because I joined the PDIP, because what I understand is that I still have the ability to think, have energy, have the desire to continue my struggle as TNI and now formerly TNI, to fight for the people of the nation and state. “said Ganip at the PDIP School. , Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta, Sunday (10/30/2022).
Ganip saw that the PDIP had the idealism, ideology and nationalism that suited him. Ganip also revealed that he still wants to fight for the people by joining as a member of the legislature in the RI DPR.
“Yes, I received an assignment from the DPP to participate in the selection of candidates for members of the RI Presidential Decree. This is the plan, if I am asked by which constituency, I myself still do not know because I am waiting for the leadership of the party, “said Ganip.
He admitted that he was ready to be assigned anywhere by the party. Especially if you get a special order from the PDIP general president Megawati Soekarnoputri.
“I am ready everywhere. Because all this time I have a desire to fight for the community for the people of the nation and the state,” said Ganip.
“In the past it was through the TNI (fight) now through PDIP. Because we know that all political parties in Indonesia have been verified nationally by the KPU, how many have passed. Legally, constitutionally, we enter any political party, it is right to every citizen, “he continued.
It is known that there are five retired TNI and one retired police officer who has just joined as a PDIP framework. The five people are TNI Lieutenant General (retired) Ganip Warsito, TNI Vice Admiral (retired) Agus Setiadji, TNI Brigadier General (retired) Gunawan Pakki, TNI Brigadier General (retired) Saud Tamba Tua and Brigadier General TNI (retired.) Donare Filippo.
Meanwhile, the retired National Police who joined as PDIP cadres, namely (retired) Inspector General H. Fakhrizal. He is a former Kapolda Central Kalimantan and West Sumatra.
In addition, there is a female athlete who has been named a cadre by the PDIP. It is Yayuk Basuki, a former tennis athlete.
