Kody Brown and a handful of her children have very strained relationships. The pandemic may be to blame, but it appears that this has already happened. When Christine Brown revealed that she was leaving him and Flagstaff, Kody was furious. He wanted 50/50 custody of their youngest child, really. However, Christine made it clear that she could have been there all the time, however she chose not to be. Moreover, for years she has rarely actively participated in the lives of their children. Kody Brown’s secret to bonding with her children
Kody and his children didn’t have an easy time. It is quite clear to see that she has a better relationship with Robyn’s children than any of her other children. She can’t stay away from them for too long, especially the two little ones, Solomon and Ariella. However, his daughter with Christine Truely is only one year older than Solomon. Yet he never tried to be there for her like he did for Robyn’s baby. He also made it his mission to speed up his and Janelle’s RV trip so he could come back and test if he would be with Sol and Ari.
Now that Christine is gone, Kody seems to be trying harder than ever to see Truely. He also said he’d set up a room for her at Robyn’s. A TLC clip shows Kody and Christine chatting. He points out that he REALLY wants more as he is uncomfortable with Christine. His hope is to get his daughter out of this environment. Now fans are considering this secret to get Kody to bond with her children.
“If Kody’s kids are going to spend qt with him, their mom will probably have to divorce him first,” noted one. It wasn’t going well for Kody Brown as a father. Unfortunately, he missed Ysabel’s scoliosis surgery and put his relationship with sons Gabe and Garrison to the test. They felt that he must, to their detriment, separate the family during the pandemic. Also, when it came to getting the kids back to school, Ysabel wanted to be in class because it was her last year of hers. Robyn’s daughter Breanna chose to stay home, but Christine said Ysabel would appreciate a call from Kody from her asking her to stay home. She now she is trying to balance everything with a bedroom.
