But few people notice that food is also an effective way to cope with it fatigue.

According to research findings by John Cryan and his colleagues at University College Cork.
They investigated whether the change in diet could have different effects on the levels of fatigue.
They also recruited 45 healthy people with low-fiber diets, aged 18 to 59. More than half are women.
Participants were divided into two groups and randomly assigned to a diet to follow for four weeks of the study.
About half received a diet designed by nutritionist Kirsten Berding, which would increase the amount food prebiotics and the fermentation they eat.
This is known as a “psychobiotic” diet because it includes: food associated with better mental health.
