The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the reopening of the candidacy to host the African Nations 2025, after having revoked the right to organize it in Guinea.
Today, Wednesday, the Confederation of African Football sent a notification to its member associations in order to identify those wishing to host the tournament.
Kaf has clarified a time frame for the process of receiving applications as follows:
November 11, 2022: Deadline for submitting an Expression of Interest.
– November 16, 2022: deadline for KAF to send reception documents to member associations of no wish.
December 16, 2022: Deadline for member associations to submit the final application, including all application and reception documents (Reception Agreement, Host City Agreement, Government Guarantees)
-5 to 25 January 2023: inspection visits.
February 10, 2023: Announcement of the host country or countries by the CAF executive office.
