MALANGKOMPAS.com – A resident named Atoilah filed a lawsuit in the Kepanjen Regency District Court MalangTuesday (10/25/2022).

On the Kepanjen District Court Case Investigation Information System page, the lawsuit filed was related to the Kanjuruhan Stadium tragedy, with the classification of cases against the law.

There are several defendants, in particular the Director of PT Liga Indonesia Baru, the President of the Organizing Committee of the Arema FC match against Persebaya.

Then the regent of Malang, the chief of the Indonesian national police, and the commander of the Indonesian national armed forces, in addition to the accused, the general president of the PSSI.

The public relations of the district court of Kepanjen, Aulia Reza Utama, confirmed the case.

Aulia admitted that she did not know the actor’s profile with certainty. However, she confirmed that the lawsuit brought by a person named Atoilah was a civil suit.

“The lawsuit is a collective action. That is, a lawsuit on behalf of a group, in this case Aremania,” he said on the phone Friday (28/10/2022).

In the lawsuit, the plaintiff seeks material and immaterial compensation in accordance with the plaintiff’s or plaintiff’s responsibilities.

“The plaintiff asked the defendants to form a team to distribute compensation to the plaintiffs and plaintiffs, namely Aremania supporters,” he explained.

The judge of the Kepanjen District Court has set a trial for the case on November 24, 2022, with a hearing scheduled to check the plaintiff and the accused.

“The judge will check on the plaintiff whether it is true that he represents Aremania or not. At the same time, all the defendants are listed in the lawsuit,” he said.
