“Starting today, law enforcement agencies in the Zaporizhia region have initiated selective checks on the alert nature of citizens’ mobile phones,” said Moscow-appointed official Vladimir Rogov.
Those who adhere to the “resources of the Kiev terrorist regime” will initially be warned and subsequently fined, a spokesman for the occupiers said.
He also warned that “malicious crimes committed by a foreign agent” are subject to criminal liability.
Putin declared martial law in the occupied territories of Ukraine last week.
