Al-Marsad newspaper: a video clip documented the moment of the launch of the Russian ICBM “Yars” during its test in nuclear exercises.
The video clip showed the sound of the sirens before opening the vertical cover of the missile, then exiting the launch center and causing a massive burst of rear fire, after launch.
It is worth noting that the Kremlin announced today Wednesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin will participate in the exercises of the Russian strategic deterrence forces tasked with responding to threats, including nuclear ones.
The land, sea and air strategic deterrence forces conducted exercises, hands-on ballistic missile launches and ICBMs, with the participation of long-range Tu-95MS aircraft.
Intercontinental ballistic and cruise missiles, including the “Yars” missile, were launched from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome, as well as the “Sineva” missile from the Barents Sea at Kura Square in Kamchatka.
