Software Updates

iOS 16.2 adds a sleep widget to the lock screen, which taps data stored in the Health app and collected by your Apple Watch or other sleep tracker. It provides information such as time spent in bed and sleep quality, with three differences available.
A simple one-piece widget shows time spent in bed and two multi-pane options show a bar graph showing sleep quality or a larger widget showing time spent in bed with a visual representation. Tap the widget to open the Sleep section of the Health app.
