His Excellency Sheikh Shakhbut bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of State, met His Excellency William Samui Ruto, President of the friendly Republic of Kenya, at the presidential residence in the capital, Nairobi.
His Excellency conveyed to His Excellency the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him and their desires for further progress and prosperity for his country and his people. For his part, His Excellency conveyed his greetings to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates. United and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, and his wishes for the UAE government and the people most of development and growth. His Excellency welcomed His Excellency’s visit, underlining the depth of friendship between the Emirates and Kenya. He also affirmed his country’s intention to expand trade relations with the UAE to enhance development efforts in both countries.
For his part, His Excellency Sheikh Shakhbut bin Nahyan Al Nahyan stressed that relations between the UAE and the Republic of Kenya are in continuous progress, underlining the UAE’s willingness to strengthen joint cooperative relations to serve the mutual interests of the two countries and bring good to their peoples.
