Yet President Director of PT MRT Jakarta is replaced. The previous chairman was replaced after three months in office.
The change was made when interim governor (PJ) of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono reshuffled the ranks of directors to commissioners of PT MRT Jakarta. One of them is the President and Director of PT MRT Jakarta, M. Aprindy, who has been officially replaced.
“The replacement of the Chief Executive Officer, the President Commissioner and the members of the commissioners took place in accordance with the procedures and provisions of the law, with a Resolution of the Shareholders outside GMS which was signed on 25 October 2022”, declared the interim head of BP BUMD DKI Jakarta Fitria Rahadiani in a written statement, Wednesday (10/26/2022).
Aprindy was replaced by PT MITJ President Tuhiyat. Fitria said, Tuhiyat, who has experience in the field of corporate financing, it is planned to strengthen the coordination process between the provincial government DKI Jakarta, the Ministry of Transport, Bappenas, the Ministry of Finance and para stakeholders PT MRT Jakarta in an effort to meet funding.
In addition to the President Director, Heru Budi has updated the ranks of the Council of Commissioners of PT MRT Jakarta, meaning that his party has officially appointed Dodik Wijanarko as Commissioner President.
