(Salzburg, Oct 25) .- In the penultimate Group E match, Chelsea defeated visiting Salzburg 2-1 and finished in the top 16 of the competition.
With the English goals, Mateo Kovacic reached 23 ‘and the German Kai Havertz condemned the final score in the 64th minute.
The only goal for the local team was scored by striker Junior Adamu in the 49th minute.
With today’s result, Chelsea Football Club are in the overall lead with 10 points one game to go.
