Drawing Asian Cup U-20 2023 it’s over. Indonesia is in Group A with Iraq, Syria and Uzbekistan.
The draw took place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on Wednesday (10/26/2022) at noon WIB. The tournament will take place in the Central Asian country from 1 to 18 March 2023, after four years of absence due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
There were 10 group winners in the qualifying round and the best five runners-up with Uzbekistan. From the results of the draw, Indonesia had to work hard with Uzbekistan, Syria and Iraq in Group A.
Meanwhile, another Southeast Asian team, Vietnam, have faced tough opponents in Group B, namely Qatar, Australia and Iran. In Group C, South Korea met Tajikistan, Jordan and Oman.
The reigning champions of Saudi Arabia, who won the title in 2018, face Japan, China and Kyrgyzstan in Group D.
