Citizen contacted Plovdiv24.bg, to express his disappointment with the service of the first and so far only municipal multi-storey car park in Plovdiv. It is located in “Orpheus” street in “Smirnenski”.
I want to ask the management, is that why I pay 100 BGN a month to see my dirty car? How can such neglect? Not to mention it’s a complete mess lately, the subject is so neglected it’s just not true!
It is full of odors, the barrier sometimes does not work at the exit and often people are late for work. The guard sleeps in the booth and, if he’s there, goes around. I am very disappointed, like many others. The parking lot is about 60% empty at the moment, since the fare became BGN 100, people have stopped leaving their cars there en masse. I also wonder if I should stop wasting my money!
I have lived in “Smirnenski” since I was born, and over the years no one has lifted a finger to make people park in the bare lawns around the blocks.
People firmly believed that this parking lot would be a safe place for their cars, but sadly.
I hope the city authorities are committed before the parking building becomes a refuge for the homeless and drug addicts. Such are the abandoned buildings near the parking lot, which were once an arcade and a grocery store.
