It is necessary to add one thing to scrambled eggs, but practically nobody knows

Who wouldn’t want to enjoy scrambled eggs in the morning? This dish has established itself above all as a breakfast, all over the world. However, as delightful as delicious scrambled eggs are, the start of the day can be ruined if this dish goes wrong. The border can be very subtle.

Maintain the creaminess

Ideally, scrambled eggs should be creamy, done right, and seasoned in some way. Unfortunately, in the Czech Republic we often get an unseasoned, overcooked egg mixture that looks more like a chopped omelette. People here are still afraid of serving slightly runny scrambled eggs, as they should be.

For this purpose, it is necessary to prepare food only on moderate heat and ideally in butter, stirring constantly. You shouldn’t neglect it, on the contrary, you need to take care of it properly. If you don’t mix the eggs evenly, you will have cooked lumps in them.

Preparing in a double boiler can help you, which, although it takes longer, is a guarantee that you won’t dry out the eggs and that they will be pleasantly smooth and creamy.

Add one important thing

What in any case should not be forgotten and which gives the eggs a pleasantly creamy consistency and also enhances their taste, is mayonnaise. But most people don’t know this at all and forget about this important ingredient. However, try it and you will find that otherwise you will not do it again.

Of course, it’s best to add homemade mayonnaise if available. At the same time, it must be said not to overdo it. A spoonful is enough.

Don’t be afraid to experiment a little with scrambled eggs. It is a dish that can be improved in interesting ways. Try adding some milk or cream, for example. Cut into them the bacon and sometimes the hard cheese, which melts well inside them. And why not add some spices. Chilli or tarragon are ideal for this.
