Ouspenskaya helped evade taxes as he left his passport

Russian song legend Lyubov Uspenskaya (née Sitsker) has earned a reputation as a terrible bickering at the show party. With which she has not sworn in the past few years, starting with her daughter Tatyana Plaksina and PR manager Alina Makova and ending with her neighbors in the cottage village. Singer Natalya Lapina, who lives in the United States, was no exception: the author of one of her latest hits, “Polyushka”.

“Honestly, I didn’t want to give this song to Uspenskaya,” Natalya Azarievna admitted to Express Gazeta. -She liked Ira Allegrova very much. Ira has already sent me to his lawyer to conclude a contract. And everyone was happy with the price. But this Uspenskaya mouse literally snatched “At the Pole” from Ira.

At that time I was in Moscow. Lyuba took advantage of it and invited me to her country house on the Novorizhskoye highway. She sent her chauffeur for me. She also offered to stay overnight. But I refused: the energy there was somehow unpleasant. We talked late into the night with Lyuba and her director Vitalik Makarov, who has worked with her for 20 years.

I told Lyuba directly that I was afraid to deal with her, because she had financial problems with the poet Ilya Reznik, who wrote Cabriolet and other hits for her.

– Lyuba, my piece of bread is copyrighted, – I explained. – If I’m not, it makes no sense for me to give you a song.

Ouspenskaya began to vilify Reznik and to assure that he allegedly defamed her. He promised I wouldn’t have any problems with her.

And for some reason I believed her. He bribed me with her, as it seemed to me, sincerity. She shared everything with me as a friend. She sent me reviews from Milla Jovovich’s mother, Gali Loginova, and other American friends who admired my song and said how successful it would be if performed by Lyuba.

She sobbed saying that she would put all her soul into my song and dedicate it to her missing daughter, Tanya, a drug addict, whom she had to save and return. Tanya was then sitting on the Los Angeles sidewalk all stoned and toothless. According to Lyuba, she lost her teeth when she fell off a bicycle. But I worked with drug addicts in America. And they explained to me that crack, cheap cocaine, eats their gums, and that’s what makes their teeth fall out.

While Tanya disagreed with her mother, she blamed Lyuba for everything. She said you can’t hate others so much and make fun of them. Then they reconciled.

– Thanks for the song “Polyushku”! Tanya wrote to me. -She touched me so much that I decided to go back to my mother.

She asked me to write something for her. I wrote her a fucking song “Your Pain in Paints on Canvas” in her favorite bossa nova style. But I wasn’t meant to record it with Tanya.

The money has gone

“As soon as the song” Polyushka “became a hit and started raising millions, my relationship with Uspenskaya deteriorated dramatically,” continues Lapina. – According to our agreement, for each performance of the song I had to receive the royalties through the RAO (Society of Russian Authors). But all the time I was transferred only 11 thousand rubles for radio broadcasts and some views on the Internet. And for the 150 concerts Lyuba gave in the 12,000th St. Petersburg Ice Palace, Nizhny Novgorod’s Jupiter Hall and other great venues, I haven’t seen a cent.

Either my song wasn’t listed in the reports or it was listed by a different name: “Across the Field” or something else. I have already had a similar situation with the song “Cigarette”, performed by Nastya Samburskaya. He performed with her in concerts organized by Chanson radio. In reports, this song was listed as “Cigarette”. And all the money passed to me. However, after my appeals, they checked Chanson, apologized and paid me about $ 4,000 for these shows.

And when I approached Uspenskaya and his director with a request for help dealing with copyright, I immediately found myself in their block. My then lawyer Natalya Lazareva-Patskaya was able to communicate only with her lawyer Elena Senina. And she told her that Lyuba would never sing my song in concert. Although videos have been sent to me from different cities, confirming otherwise. The concert program she toured with was also named after my song “Polyushka”.

Yes, Uspenskaya formally bought this song from me for $ 5,000. For such a success, this is a very small amount. There Igor Matvienko sells some shitty songs for 150 thousand euros. Compared to him, I still take cheap. Grigory Leps and other artists paid me 5,000 each. But for this money I did not transfer my copyrights to anyone and I did not refuse the deductions.

With Uspenskaya, no contract has been officially formalized. It’s just that your manager Vitalik Makarov brought me five dollars in an envelope. The only thing I signed was permission to perform on the program of the first channel “Three Chords”, where the premiere of “Polyushka” took place in October 2020. The day before, at three in the morning, the driver took this piece of paper to my hotel at the reception.

“We have to sign it urgently,” pleaded the director of Uspenskaya on WhatsApp. – Otherwise, there won’t be a premiere tomorrow.

“Canale Uno has never asked me for any authorization”, I was surprised. – They always gave a damn about me.

But she didn’t argue and signed. Later, when I had already flown to America, they sent me a two-page left-wing contract to sign. According to him, Uspenskaya would have bought this song from me for 3 thousand rubles. Of course, I didn’t sign anything.

Half a century will not be seen

“Last year, Vitalik Makarov unexpectedly turned to me and started begging me to save him and go to the police to sign something in his defense,” recalls Natalia. – It turned out that Ouspenskaya kicked him out and tried to put him in prison. I wanted to dump some of my muddy business on him. She’s like … she definitely needs someone to dig.

– Vitalik, I’m sorry, now I will not sign anything without lawyers, – I told Makarov. – I already signed a piece of paper at three in the morning and it turned into some kind of incomprehensible agreement on the transfer of all rights to the song.

– Yes, this agreement was left-wing, – confirmed Makarov. – Lyuba has shown you the details of an invalid American passport. She did it to avoid taxes.

As I later verified: the passport you indicated in this contract was valid until 2014. And then she was given a new one, with different numbers. I myself have dual citizenship. I too could cheat like that, hiding behind an American passport. But when I concluded contracts in Russia, I always indicated a Russian passport and paid all the taxes. And Lyuba, apparently, did not pay them either in Russia or in America. If the US tax office found out, she could have been put on bunk beds for 50 years.

What ended the showdown between Uspenskaya and Vitalik – I don’t know. Instead, he hired a big-mouthed gay barber named Sasha as a director. I tried to contact him about my missing copyright. In response, this slap clearly stated that he had calculated my geolocation. Like now the bandits will come and bang me. For Lyuba in any American city, all Armenians are ready to do it for free.

Ouspenskaya herself called me with threats. She screamed obscenities and she also scared me with all sorts of hired bandits. Because of this creature, I’ve pretty much stopped leaving the house recently. I understood very well with whom I was involved in the war.

My health has deteriorated because of the nerves. I barely crawled alive. She passed out. She was blind in one eye and she only miraculously regained her sight. A year ago, I underwent a complex open heart operation. The tumor was removed from the aortic valve. I still feel very bad. A second operation is needed. She costs hundreds of thousands of dollars. And the insurance covers only 80 percent of the cost. And I need this money so much that I was underpaid for “Polyushka”. But I no longer have the strength to fight for them.

“True idyll”

Ouspenskaya did not feel absolutely guilty for herself, but, on the contrary, considered herself a victim of dishonorable people from her environment.

“I kicked out all the bad guys, who tried to destroy me behind my back and at the same time profited from me,” Lyubov Zalmanovna said in a recent interview with TN Stars magazine. -She completely kicked out the whole gang. Changed directors, press officer, executives. Now only reliable people are next to me, everything is in its place. We go on vacation with our daughter, director, housekeeper, my pets. And we have a real idyll, no one can spoil the atmosphere, no one will let you down.
