A Huawei announced Friday (21) the EMUI 13, a new version of the Android interface modified for the global versions of the brand’s mobile phones. The software has some differences in relation to the Harmony operating system 3, released in July for devices sold on the Chinese market.
The “SuperStorage” feature is among the highlights, for users who need a lot of available space. By compressing less accessible apps, removing duplicate files and other optimizations, it frees up to 20GB of internal phone memory.
When sending files, you can take advantage of the “Drag to share” feature. As the name suggests, simply hold down any image, text or file and drag it to the SuperHub, a system clipboardto send them to apps, other people or connected devices.

Share the same music with two pairs of wireless headphonesat the same time, it is another novelty found in the Huawei EMUI 13. With “Music Share”, the user only needs to pair the second accessory via the control panel to share their favorite music with someone else.
Integration with other devices and greater security
A global version of HarmonyOS 3 it also improves the ability of the mobile phone to connect with other devices, through the “Super Device” and “Multi-Screen Collaboration” functions. The first facilitates pairing with PCs, tablets and Fone Bluetoothwhile the latter allows you to run phone apps on larger screens without installing anything.
A new security center is another attraction present in EMUI 13, giving greater control over privacy. Here, the user checks which apps access your dataif any of them exhibit malicious behavior and remove sensitive information from photos before sharing it on messenger and social networks.

It is also worth mentioning the widgets with improved animations, which can be stacked to free up screen space, and the smart folders with custom size. Other new features are the extra features for cameras, including switching between lenses during video calls.
