The special model of the bag in 1:87 scale, limited to 444 pieces, is always particularly popular with model car enthusiasts: this year it is a Horch 853 A Roadster in turquoise. Its original 1: 1 defined 1930s luxury, it is now a valuable part of AUDI AG’s historic vehicle collection and recently served as inspiration for the Audi design team around Marc Lichte for the concept Audi skysphere. This concept car made its public debut during Monterey Car Week in the summer of 2021 on the legendary lawns of the Pebble Beach golf course.
Although miniatures of the Audi and NSU models are at the heart of the model car exchange at the Audi Forum Neckarsulm, visitors can expect a diverse selection of collectibles. At the exhibition tables there is literature, pins and model cars of all brands. Selected accessories from the Audi Tradition collection are available at a special price. All visitors to the model exchange have the opportunity to see the “Vorsprung durch Technik” exhibition on the second floor. There are also multimedia knowledge games, driving simulators and table football that ensure a varied Sunday afternoon. The event will be organized once again by the Automania model car collectors’ bag.
