KOMPAS.com – Oppo quietly launched its new entry-level smartphone, Oppo A17k in India. This smartphone is the successor to the Oppo A16k, which was released in India in January 2022.
Comes with a choice of gold and navy blue, Oppo colors A17k it has a body with a thickness of 8.29 mm and a weight of 189 grams.
Specifications of the Oppo A17k includes a 6.56-inch display that supports HD Plus resolution (1,612 × 720 pixels), a refresh rate of 60 Hz and a maximum brightness level of 600 bits.
Similar to its predecessor, the Oppo A17k still retains the holes to drill in the shape of a water drop that houses the 5 MP front camera. While on the back there is an 8 MP (f / 2.0) camera accompanied by an LED flash.
In the kitchen sector, the Oppo A17k relies on the MedaTek Helio G35 chipset which has a speed of up to 2.3 GHz. The chipset is combined with 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage capacity.

The RAM capacity of the Oppo A17k can be expanded up to 7 GB by “borrowing” the storage memory as virtual RAM. This smartphone is also equipped with a drawer that can accommodate a microSD card with a capacity of up to 1 TB.
The Oppo A17k runs the Android 12 operating system (OS) which is coated with the ColorOS 12.1 interface. In the power sector, this phone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery. Unfortunately, it is not yet known how much current the charging technology will have on the charger.
Other features of the Oppo A17k include a fingerprint sensor on the power button, IPX4 dustproof certification.
