The fight in Nordstadt intensifies: three injured by stab wounds

In a clash on Wednesday evening, three people in the northern part of the city were seriously injured with knives. The police had to give first aid to two men.

With three ambulances and an ambulance, the Dortmund fire brigade rescue service moved to Westerbleichstraße in the northern part of the city on Wednesday evening around 22:25.

According to initial results, a fight in front of a restaurant on Westerbleichstrasse has escalated. When the alarmed police officers arrived, they found three seriously injured Dortmunders (26, 34 and 36 years old). The agents provided first aid.

The 34-year-old and 36-year-old are said to have had severe stab wounds in the arms and lost a lot of blood. That’s why police officers put a binding system on them called a tourniquet. The third Dortmunder had several injuries on his upper body.

Three men were taken to the hospital

Rescuers arrived shortly after and continued to care for the men. All three victims were taken to hospital. None of those affected are in danger of life.

The way in which the discussion was born is now being defined. According to witnesses, one person escaped from the crime scene in a car, police said in a press release.
