Police believe the accused “ring på spring” attempted to kill
– I waited for them hidden
According to the police, in the background of the whole affair there are several cases of “recall to spring” at the defendant’s home. Several young people are said to have done this repeatedly to the same address over a long period of time.
One of the police theories is that the owner of the house waiting for them in hiding after they had been at his door that night.
According to the indictment, he attacked one of the teenagers with an ax. Investigators seized two axes on the property they are checking against the incident.
Two of the boy’s friends, directly involved in the incident, told police that they thought they would die and that the injured friend would also die.
According to the Hordaland District Court, it was a coincidence that the outcome was not much worse.
He wants prolonged imprisonment
The man in his thirties denies guilt. He said nothing happened tonight, but previously he was exposed to “call and run” cases.
When the homeowner was presented for jail on Sunday, the court concluded that there was no great danger of repetition and ruled that the man should be held in custody for just one week.
Now police attorney Izadi confirms to BA that they will seek prolonged detention in a new court hearing on Friday.
