The sheep farmer Jørgen Heen Brovold (30) signed up the search for love hoping to find a girlfriend – and struck a chord when he met suitor Sofie Skodjevåg Magnussen (27) through the dating program.
Already during the speed date, you could see sparks flying between the farmer and the suitor. Later, the duo shared a kiss both front and rear cameraand fell seriously in love during the holiday trip to Sørlandet.
When presenter Gunhild Dahlberg (47) came to visit Isfjorden in the last episode, it was confirmed that Brovold and Magnussen were a couple.

– Fascinating
When TV 2 calls the farmer in love after recording this summer, he is in a state of happiness for bringing the Sunnmøre woman into his life.
– Sofie and I get along very well, and we’ve had that chemistry from the start. We got to know each other very well and I appreciate all of her values and manners, she says.
Brovold also shares that Magnussen has already distinguished himself from courtship letters.
There was something special about her from the start. She was very good at writing letters, and then she attached a great video that I fell in love with. Even there I was quite enchanted. I had high expectations to meet it and they fulfilled it. All along during Hunt’s week, I’ve had a very good eye for her, she says, and adds:

– But it was very important for me to have the same time with all suitors and I treated everyone equally, at least in plenary. We always knew where we were and got lots of looks and smiles along the way, which made me realize she was interested in me too.
Isfjordingen talks about his chosen one with stars in his eyes.
– It’s sweet and charming. He likes to take things slow and she has all the personal interests and qualities that I appreciate, she says.
The 27-year-old also contributed to the farm during an intense sheep-gathering period. Brovold thinks it’s good.
– She’s very good at helping. I wasn’t looking for a so called “farm girl” but she is a big plus that she is interested in animals and she wants to help in everyday life.
Moving plans
At the time of writing, the lovebirds live separately, but they plan to move in together long-term after Magnussen sells the apartment in Ålesund.
– The plan is for Sofie to move with me to Isfjorden. So it is important that you take ownership of the place and participate in all arrangements. We haven’t set a date yet, she shares.
Despite being just over an hour apart, the couple spend a lot of time together.
He was worried about one of the suitors: – I thought you collapsed
– We meet several times a week and are together most weekends. We are good at meeting and making things up, so that’s very good.
However, it was not so easy to keep the relationship hidden in a small village, while Jakten på loven was on TV.
– I expect some of the neighbors to have seen us. It is difficult to hide it from everyone. We weren’t able to go to the restaurant or do anything, but we were good at having appointments at home and making it cozy there.
Being able to travel together will therefore be a new experience.
– I guess it will be a bit strange at first, says the 30-year-old laughing, and continues:

– When we hug and kiss in the courtyard, I tend to look over my shoulder. It will be very, very nice to be open about everything. Go to restaurants and shops together and do what normal couples do.
– Family desire
The future prospects for the double span look very promising, according to the farmer.
– The future with Sofia – will be very beautiful. We can have a great and exciting life. We are a great team that builds each other and we have good conversations, and then we want a close family. So that future is, from today, very bright. And it’s very, very good.
Brovold is grateful for what Hunt for Love has given him and doesn’t have a single negative word to say about the experience.

– Being part of the Hunt – it was worth it. It was so good to be there – all the people you’ve met – just to get to know your inner self and learn to talk more about feelings – it’s very educational. All in all, he was king, she says, and concludes with:
