Sharjah, October 19 / WAM / Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. Sheikh Salem bin Abdul Rahman Al Qasimi, Head of the Sovereign’s Office, today inaugurated the activities of the 18th edition of the exhibition “International Education 2022”, one of the most important university and higher education fairs at the state level and regional, organized by the Sharjah Expo Center, with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Sharjah Private Education Authority, in which more than 100 local and international universities and educational and academic institutions participate .

After the official inauguration of the exhibition, the head of the office of His Highness the Sovereign walked the various corridors and pavilions of the exhibition, which saw numerous participations from academic institutions inside and outside the country, universities, technical and training institutes and colleges, as well as ministries of education and institutions specializing in the fields of education, curriculum development and teacher training.

Sheikh Salem bin Abdul Rahman Al Qasimi began his tour by visiting the Ministry of Education pavilion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar, where he heard a detailed explanation of the various sections of their participation, including a series of universities and postgraduate institutes, as well as programs on which ministries of education are working to develop the educational process.

He stopped at the pavilion of the country’s Ministry of Education and got to know the most important educational and educational programs offered by the Ministry to students, the follow-up and special programs for it, including various standardized exams and other activities that reflect the strategy of the Ministry to support and develop the education and level of students in schools.

The tour included a visit to the Sharjah Education Council and Sharjah Private Education Authority pavilion, where Sheikh Salem bin Abdul Rahman Al Qasimi heard explanations about the educational and learning programs and activities they offer to achieve their educational goals.

The tour also included the pavilions and participations of Khalifa University, Zayed University, Indian Education Pavilion, Higher Colleges of Technology, University of Sharjah, Horizon University College, American University of Sharjah and Sharjah Education Academy. graduate, and teacher and educator qualification programs.

In this year’s edition, the exhibition includes a display of hundreds of the latest educational and academic programs and a wide range of educational options from universities, colleges, higher education institutions, business schools, technical and technical institutes and centers of administrative training from different countries of the world, giving students the opportunity to view different academic programs in all disciplines and especially from medicine, engineering, business administration and others.

The “International Education 2022” exhibition, open until October 22, includes a wide range of postgraduate courses in undergraduate, graduate and professional studies and innovative programs for professional employment, as well as seminars and scholarships provided by different institutions educational participants in the event.

Salem Ali Al Muhairi, President of the Sharjah Municipal Council, Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, President of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of the Sharjah Expo Center, and Ali Al Hosani, Director of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, a number of House Board members, diplomats, academic and educational officials and the media.
