Assizes: 12 years of imprisonment for the incestuous father-in-law in Draguignan

On Tuesday evening, after deliberating for 2.5 hours and sitting behind closed doors since Monday, the Var Assize Court sentenced Félicien Adalberto to twelve years in prison. The 50-year-old was found guilty of incestuous rape of his partner’s daughter when he was between the ages of 8 and 10, incestuous sexual abuse and possession of child pornography. Eventually he will have to undergo socio-judicial follow-up for a period of five years. In addition, the court ruled a ban on exercising a professional or voluntary activity in relation to minors. T. confided to her mother in the spring of 2020. The exploitation of his phone made it possible to discover between 29 January 2020 and 8 May 2020 almost 11,000 searches focused on pornographic sites, most of the time with extreme practices, as well as thousands of child pornography photos.
