Tallinn: Members of the Estonian parliament with the resolution that Russia is a terrorist state. The parliamentarians strongly condemned the Russian seizure of four Ukrainian provinces. Out of 101 MPs, 88 voted in favor of the resolution. Ten people were on leave. Three people have left.
The resolution also states that the Russian Federation is a sponsoring state of terrorism. The parliament of neighboring Latvia also adopted a similar stance in August.
