A robber about 1.80-1.85 meters tall attempted to rob a supermarket on Odenwaldstrasse in Rödermark / Ober-Roden yesterday afternoon (17).
The offender entered the shop around 4:10 pm and threatened a cashier with a knife. The 35-40-year-old stranger with a sturdy build fled in the direction of Otzbergstrasse without taking anything. He had gray hair and a hat on his head. He wore black clothes and a mouth and nose guard, which he then took off. He also carried a pouch with him.
On Monday morning (17), two hooded robbers aged around 20 captured an employee of a grocery store (house number 80) on Frankfurter Strasse in Rodgau / Nieder-Roden when he opened the shop and threatened her with a knife.
Pointing to the knife, the strangers asked the employees to hand over the money from the store’s safe. However, the employee made her understand that an opening was not possible, which is why the two robbers, who were about 1.75-1.80 meters tall, fled in the direction of Düsseldorfer Strasse without any prey. The two strangers wore black gloves.
In both cases, the witnesses are accepted by the Offenbach Criminal Police on 069 / 8098-1234.
