Prosecutors say Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu alias Bharada E ordered by Ferdy Sambo to shoot Brigadier N Yosua Hutabarat. So what is Bharada E’s answer?
Initially, the prosecutor claimed that Sambo had ordered Brigadier Ricky Rizal Wibowo. But Ricky didn’t dare shoot Joshua. Eventually Sambo asked Bharada E and Bharada E agreed.
“Defendant Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu accepted witness Ferdy Sambo’s explanation of the incident on July 7, 2022 in Magelang as a one-sided story of witness Putri Candrawathi whose truth is not yet certain saying that ‘when in Magelang, the mother of Putri Candrawathi was being abused by Yosua ‘, the prosecutor at the South Jakarta District Court said on Tuesday (10/18/2022).

Prosecutors said Richard was moved at the time and felt empathy for Sambo. According to prosecutors, Princess Candrawati was also there.
It was then that Ferdy Sambo asked Richard to shoot Joshua. Richard also complied with Sambo’s request.
“Furthermore, witness Ferdy Sambo expressed his evil intentions by asking defendant Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu, ‘Do you dare to shoot Joshua?’
Subsequently, Ferdy Sambo delivered a box of 9mm bullets to Richard Eliezer assisted by Putri Candrawati. Then Ferdy Sambo prepared the execution of Joshua’s execution.
In this case, Richard Eliezer was charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code, a subsidiary of Article 338 of the Criminal Code joint Article 55 paragraph 1 of the criminal code.
