A young woman made a fake suicide threat via her Instagram page to scare her partner and surrounded the police. The incident took place in Karamana Melaranur. The Instagram monitoring cell informed the police that the suicide threat was true. Both were released with a warning.
A young woman from Alappuzha and a young man from Neyyatinkara have lived together for 3 years in Karamana. When the young man did not answer the phone and was late to return, the woman became ‘strict’. Tomato sauce was smeared on her wrist to show that the vein had been cut.
