Janne Formoe (47), Verndal Line (50) And Ida Ursin-Holm (31) plays the main roles in the new movie “Jenteur”. Their characters embark on a somewhat unusual journey to Norefjell and the sequence of events is anything but everyday.
This is how they found their way back to each other
When Dagbladet met the three actors, they were honest that they personally think the things the characters do are crazy.
The film is about three women in different life situations. Formoe plays “Linda”, who has not overcome her breakup and commits herself. Ursin-Holm plays “Jeanette”, the woman who is with “Linda’s” ex-husband.
“Sigrid” is played by Verndal, and is the best friend of the other two characters. He is also unhappy in his marriage and has an ongoing flirtation with a colleague of “Linda”. The three women travel to Norefjell so that Verndal’s character can sleep with her flirtation to “get him out of the system”.
– The stupidest idea in the world
Formoe understands some of the actions of the characters in the film, although it is clear that there is no ideal solution to the problems that life can present.
Janne Formoe on Vendela’s criticisms: – I’m sorry
– If you have been married for 25 years to the same man and you are a little lazy in your marriage, you can suddenly feel a little invisible in the world. You don’t even have to be together that long, but it’s incredibly embarrassing and then you can quickly rush off a cliff, she says.
– But it’s the stupidest idea in the world !, Verndal laughs and refers to the purpose of the girls’ journey in the film.
The journey of the characters is undoubtedly out of the ordinary and, while some aspects are recognizable to most, there are also parts of the film that seem wild.
– What about your girls’ travels, do you have any fun memories to share?
– Unfortunately for me, in relation to this girls ‘trip (in the movie, journ.anm.) I feel like I only have stupid girls’ trips. It has never been as bad as the experience of these three characters, Formoe says with a laugh.
It could have been a movie
Verndal, on the other hand, has a good story to deal with.
– I went on a trip that could have been filmed, he begins.
Reveal the “secret” girlfriend.
– I took a road trip with my best friend, we rented a car and drove around the United States. And this trip I think could have been a movie, we were both single and a lot of things happened, she says enthusiastically and continues:
– So, we took a tiny private boat from Manhattan to New Jersey to go to a nachspiel with a drummer and a writer. I broke my shoe heel and put on a miniskirt, and we would be back the next morning at the same time as all these ferries that take people to work. There we sit in a tiny dinghy and take water from the waves above us, and I sit with a broken heel. Then I felt like I was on the “path of shame,” says Verndal and adds:
– It was “madness”, we encountered so many strange things on that trip there. It could have been a movie.
In a limo with Scott Disick
Ursin-Holm recounts the girls’ travels to Greece where the party never ends, but also reveals that one evening she ended up in the same place as a famous American face.
Extremely grotesque satire
– When I am abroad, I am very attracted to the fact that I want to experience things. I ended up in a limo with Scott Disick of the “Kardashians”, and then I thought, “I just want to see how these people live,” so I’m very supportive of that, now I will, says the 31-year-old.
– Then you do, and you sit there and think “what’s going on here now?”. I won’t say what they were up to, he concludes with a laugh.
– I have to make a girl’s trip, I understand, I have a lot of unlived life, says Formoe before Verndal adds:
– Yes, if my daughter had done these things, I would have said “damn, it’s so dangerous!”, Right?
– I have to make the trip of a girl, it is clear that I have to, concludes Formoe.
