(PressFire.no): Just a few months before the launch of “Bayonetta 3”, it became clear that voice actress Hellena Taylor would not be playing the lead role Bayonetta, a role she played in both the previous two games and “Super Smash Bros. »series.
In a series of Twitter videos, Taylor now explains that she was offered what she believes was a fictitious offer to return game number three, which is why she turned it down.
– I trained for seven and a half years, attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art for three years and worked for four and a half years in Los Angeles. How much did you think my time was worth?
Taylor had to go through another round of auditions, which he easily passed. She then allegedly received an offer of $ 4,000 (approximately NOK 40,000) to make the entire game.
– This is an insult to me and to everything I have given to these matches and to the fans.
Taylor notes that the games have sold about $ 450 million (about NOK 4.5 billion), a figure that does not include the sale of the effects.
– I only ask for a decent and decent salary. What they did was perfectly legal, but it was immoral.

She explains that the situation in Britain has been difficult for many, and that it has been so difficult for her that she did not know if she could afford a roof over her head – and that the whole situation led to a deep depression.
She doesn’t care that she is now violating a nondisclosure agreement.
– I have nothing. Will they come get my clothes?
Taylor goes on to say that he wrote a letter to Platinum Games director and CEO Hideki Kamiya asking him how much his work was worth to him.
He is said to have replied that he greatly appreciated her and that his first meeting was a memory he would cherish for the rest of his life. She then received the aforementioned offer of $ 4,000.
Taylor also criticizes Platinum Games for coming out saying that the reason he would no longer play Bayonetta was because they couldn’t find the time to do so.
– Platinum said I was very busy and had a tough schedule. I’ve had all the time in the world, explains Taylor.
Now Taylor is asking players who “care about how others are treated” to boycott the game and instead donate money to charity.
– The boycott is a personal choice, and if you don’t, that’s fine. I have decided to keep up with all those who are not paid enough for their talent.
