It’s the shock. In full concert, this Saturday 15 October 2022, a singer invited by the group Carimi died on the stage of the Accor Arena (Bercy), a Paris. Michele Beniaminoalso called Micahhe died at the end of the concert, according to the editor of a Haitian newspaper.
A concert that had to be unique
The Carimi group broke up in 2016 and returned a unique concert this Saturday in Paris. The event was initially organized in October 2021 then postponed to May 2022 and postponed again due to the health emergency linked to the COVID-19.
On stage he was accompanied by 41-year-old Michael Benjamin from Port au Prince Carlo Vieux, Michael Guirand and Richard Cave.
Just before 11pm, as the concert was drawing to a close, the man collapsed after having finished singing in front of thousands of spectators. Doctors and rescuers immediately intervened to try to revive the singer, in vain. His death was officially announced shortly after midnight. The concert was then interrupted and the hall evacuated.
